Shanghai tycoon chooses Penang for son’s wedding ceremony

A construction tycoon, Chen Xiao Chun from Shanghai fell in love with Penang after he first visited in 2013. He even flew in 140 of his relatives and friends from Shanghai to attend his son’s wedding at the Shangri-La’s Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa in Batu Ferringhi on Thursday.
