The Court of Appeal was told on Wednesday (April 14) that Datuk Seri Najib Razak had abused his position when he sat in Cabinet meetings to approve two government guarantees for loans amounting to RM4bil for SRC International Sdn Bhd, a company he had a personal interest in.
