“Adib couldn’t remember what happened to him”, testifies IJN doctor

National Heart Institute (IJN’s) senior consultant cardiothoracic and heart/lung transplant surgeon Datuk Dr Mohamed Ezani Md Taib told the inquest into the death of fireman Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim on Monday that Muhammad Adib came out of unconsciousness on the sixth day of his hospitalisation and said he did not know what happened to him.

When asked whether he knew of anyone else who have asked Muhammad Adib on what happened to him, Dr Mohamed Ezani said that a staff of IJN named Asyraf told him that the firefighter nodded his head when he asked the patient whether he remembered what happened to him.
