Umno won't limit delegates from raising current issues, says Asyraf

Umno secretary-general Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki says the party will not restrict delegates from raising current issues, including matters involving its leaders, during the 2026 Umno General Assembly.

He said delegates represent the grassroots and that Umno headquarters should not dictate what they can or cannot raise during the four-day assembly, which begins on Sept 9 at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur.
