Two secondary school students among 45 nabbed over Cheras gang attack

A business rivalry sparked a gang attack on a karaoke centre in Taman Shamelin, Cheras on Sunday (April 5), police said.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Fadil Marsus said police have detained 45 locals aged 14 to 57, including two secondary school students, and seized a lorry used to ram the premises along with weapons such as steel rods, wooden sticks and baseball bats.
Fadil also acknowledged a delayed police response and said improvements are needed.
