Turkiye quake: Seawater reaches inland in Iskenderun city

Water reached inland approximately 656 feet in Turkiye’s Iskenderun city - another major challenge the country is grappling with - following two earthquakes of magnitude 7.7 and 7.6.

The death toll from the earthquake, Turkey's deadliest since 1999, rose to 16,546 on Thursday (Feb 9).
