A security guard was charged with the murder of a chef at the Magistrate’s Court in George Town, Penang on Friday.

No plea was recorded from Ong Lai Seng when the charge was read to him for allegedly killed 42-year-old Chuah Kok Seong at the guard house of Block 8 of Desa May in Persiaran Paya Terubong at about 8.50pm on Dec 5.
