The upcoming revised Budget 2023 should prioritise the recovery of small and medium enterprises (SME) from the Covid-19 pandemic, said MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong at a Chinese New Year open house in Pekan Nanas, Johor on Saturday (Feb 4).
