Port Klang Authority: Vessel congestion due to delays at preceding ports

The Port Klang Authority on Wednesday (Dec 23) said the congestion at the terminals in Northport and Westports was mainly due to vessels bunching up after facing delays at preceding ports and the situation is made worse by bad weather during the monsoon season.
