Police arrest man after kidnap attempt

Penang police arrested a jilted man who allegedly abducted a 29-year-old woman after she refused to be in a relationship with him.

A video that has gone viral shows the 27-year-old suspect fleeing in a car at breakneck speed with the sound of a woman screaming at the top of her lungs.
