PM: Govt to dispose part of Felda settlers' loans worth RM8.3bil

The Government has agreed to dispose of part of the Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) settlers' loans worth RM8.3bil under a conditional loan adjustment initiative, says Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

In his inaugural Felda Settler’s Day speech on Wednesday, Muhyiddin said the government had identified the loans as being among the main issues facing settlers and added this issue must be corrected first to facilitate the process of revitalising Felda.
