PJ's Digital and Clean Ramadan bazaar drives cashless transactions

Petaling Jaya Mayor Mohamad Zahri Samingon launched this year’s Ramadan Bazaar themed “Digital & Clean 2024” at Jalan SS6/1, Kelana Jaya on Friday (March 15), which the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) requires all micro-enterprises to attach proof of a QR code when applying for their business licence.

Mohamad Zahri said this move is in line with the Selangor state government’s drive towards the digitisation of the micro sector.
