Permerkasa: Extension of initiatives for tourism sector

The government will extend and provide various tax incentives for the tourism sector under the Pemerkasa economic stimulus package.

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the government would extend the tourism tax and the service tax exemption for accommodation provided by hotel operators until December this year.
