Penang CM gets Covid-19 jab, 31,000 frontliners for phase one to follow

Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow became the first person in Penang to receive the Covid-19 vaccine as the state kicked off the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme on Sunday (Feb 28).

Chow said Penang has received its first supply of vaccines and there will be five subsequent shipments under the first phase for the total 62,000 doses, which will involve 31,000 frontliners.
