Over RM9mil worth of restricted African timber seized by Customs

Over RM9 million worth of restricted African timber was seized by the Johor Customs Department. Its director Datuk Mohammad Hamidan Maryani said that the wood was found in a shipping container that was shipped from Zambia and was headed towards Vietnam.

Besides that, there have also been several other raids where hundreds of thousands of ringgit worth of alcohol and cigarettes have been confiscated.
