NGOs want enforcement to heighten to address cheap liquor sale

In view of a spike in recent cases of fatal methanol poisoning, Consumer Association of Penang president S.M. Mohamed Idris attributes the problem to slack enforcement. He said enforcement agencies should crack down on the sale of cheap intoxicating alcohol at sundry shops.
