Najib: Providing aid to Penang transcends politics

Assets and assistance via the armed forces have been deployed to Penang as it is the responsibility of the ruling Government, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

The Prime Minister said the Armed Forces chief would personally fly to the state to check the situation on the ground.
