Mujahid on products for muslims: Benchmark should be if they are halal certified

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department for Religious Affairs Datuk Seri Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa said that Islam does not teach its followers to buy products based on race, but that they should be halal.

Dr Mujahid said this after attending the launch of the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia’s (Jakim) Halfest on Friday.
