MCA committees suggest setting up centralised kitchens in each state under Free Breakfast Programme

MCA's Government Affairs Monitoring Committee (GMC) and its Education Consultative Committee have suggested a centralised kitchen to supply food for pupils under the Free Breakfast Programme.

GMC chief coordinator Dr Wong Kok Fye told a press conference on Monday that the proposed centralised kitchen concept to be implemented in each state will manage, prepare and deliver all the food, freshly to students every day.
