Maqis foils attempt to smuggle 23 dogs into the country

The Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services Department (Maqis) has thwarted an attempt to smuggle 23 dogs of various breeds including Pomeranian, Shih Tzu and French bulldog, worth a total RM20,000, into the country.
