Chief Investment Officer for International Wealth Management at Nomura Gareth Nicholson told CNBC that Bank Negara Malaysia’s decision to increase the overnight policy rate (OPR) was "constructive" for Southeast Asia, and could signal further interest rate hikes for places like Indonesia.
