Lim: Not a single sen paid for Penang undersea tunnel project

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng on Thursday said the state government has not issued any payment in cash or kind to the contractor for the RM6.3 billion undersea tunnel project.
Two “Datuks” involved in the project have been remanded by the MACC to help in investigations into claims of corruption.
