KLIA shooting: We didn’t engage in shoot-out with suspect due to public safety, says Selangor top cop

The police did not immediately engage the suspect during the shooting at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 (KLIA 1) due to concerns for public safety.

Selangor Police Chief Comm Datuk Hussein Omar Khan clarified this on Monday (April 15), addressing questions about why the police had not confronted the suspect right away.
