Israel strikes Gaza Catholic church, killing three by 'mistake'

An Israeli strike on Gaza's sole Catholic Church killed three people and injured several others on July 17. The Israeli military later said an initial inquiry suggested fragments from a shell fired in the area hit the church mistakenly and the cause of the incident is under review.
