A memorandum has been submitted calling on the government to suspend Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers linked to the Teoh Beng Hock's case and for them to be charged with murder.

Representatives from the Teoh Beng Huat Trust for Democracy, a group formed to commemorate Teoh, submitted the memorandum and urged the government to take action against the mastermind behind the MACC's operation 10 years ago in accordance with the law.
