Flinders street horror: 16 injured and driver has been arrested

Victoria Police confirmed the arrest of two men, including the driver, in connection to an apparent road attack on Melbourne’s Flinders Street on Thursday that injured some 16 people.

Police have not given reason on why the second man was arrested nor on the motive of the attack.
