False promise by Pakatan to offer free water to Johor, says Hishammuddin

UMNO vice-president Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said the Pakatan Harapan offer to provide water free of charge to the people of Johor is just another promise that the opposition pact will be unable to deliver.
Hishammuddin who is also the Defence Minister said
the opposition was only good at making promises it could not fulfill, as had happened in Selangor.
