Ex-Umno members lose bid for Umno dissolution over delayed party polls

The Court of Appeal has dismissed an application for a judicial review by 16 former Umno members after the party failed to abide its constitution by delaying the party polls. Their lawyer Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla said the plaintiffs would make an application for leave in the Federal Court to appeal the decision.
