Difficult to celebrate Wesak but may the day strengthen family ties, says PM

Wesak Day celebrations this year face difficulties due to the Covid-19 outbreak, says Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin but he hopes the occasion will be one that strengthens family ties.

Muhyiddin said that in his Wesak Day message on his Facebook page on Wednesday (May 6), and said he hoped that the celebration would be able to strengthen family ties, as well as to curb the spread of Covid-19 which had affected people's daily lives.
