Christians attend Xmas mass after a long wait

After two years of quiet celebrations, some 500 Christians attended the Christmas Eve mass at the Minor Basilica of St Anne, Bukit Mertajam, Penang on Saturday (Dec 24).

Parishioners` turned up as early as 5.30pm to attend the Christmas Eve mass.

The evening session was conducted by Bishop of Penang, Rt Reverend Datuk Seri Sebastian Francis.
