Check authenticity of reps handling Palestine donations, cops urged

Police have advised those wishing to donate to Palestinians to check on the authenticity of the representatives handling the donations to avoid being scammed.

Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director Datuk Seri Ramli Mohd Yusuf said this at a special media conference on Friday (Nov 3) and urged those involved in fundraising to be registered and supervised by government agencies.
