Budget 2024 to focus on helping M40 group and SMEs

The Federal Government has underlined the M40 group which will get the bulk of the incentives under Budget 2024 to them cope with the high cost of living.

Deputy Finance Minister Steven Sim said after chairing the Budget 2024 Dialogue Roadshow in Bukit Mertajam, Penang on Friday (Sept 1) that the key strategy of Budget 2024 would be to help this group and also the small medium-sized enterprise (SME)s, both which were badly affected by the pandemic.
