A.R. Badul's commando son dies from live bullet discharged during demo

An army commando, who was the son of veteran comedian A.R. Badul, died after he was hit by a live bullet during a military capability demonstration in Sabah on Wednesday morning.

Major Mohd Zahir Armaya, 36, was taking part in the demonstration, attended by senior army officers, in conjunction with the launch of the 13th army brigade and 5th Infantry Division at the Lok Kawi army camp when the incident occurred at 9.20am.
