Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and his father Lim Kit Siang were noticeably absent at the forum entitled “Political talk on Penang’s truth" on the undersea tunnel project at Bagan, Butterworth Friday night with MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong as the featured speaker.

In his hour-long presentation, Dr Wee called on Penangites not to be taken in by the glowing accounts offered by the state since the project was announced in 2013.
