Zahid: Najib told me guilty verdict “not the end of the world”

Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, when met by reporters outside the court room on Tuesday (July 28), said Datuk Seri Najib Razak had told him that the guilty verdict in the SRC trial was “not the end of the world”.

He added that the party accepted the court’s decision but as a friend, he was sad and sympathised with Najib.
