Hanoi is full of beautiful lakes, often referred to as the city's 'green lungs.' However, many are being used as dumping grounds, tarnishing the beautiful landscape.

Residents living nearby the lakes say the smell is becoming unbearable. They are calling for more action to clean up the lakes and prevent people from using them as rubbish disposal sites.
