USA: There is an opportunity for a `fair and big deal` with China

The US administration on April 23 said there is an opportunity for a “fair and big deal” between the United States and China on trade.

US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said they had been in talks with the Chinese side on the deal while saying that China needs rebalancing and changing its economic model of exporting its way out of its economic troubles.
