UDA's building in Chinatown gets facelift, five assets eyed for revitalisation

UDA Holdings Bhd (UDA) has identified four to five of its older properties nationwide for revitalisation through redevelopment and reactivation efforts.

Minister of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development Steven Sim said this during his visit on Sept 24 to the Chinatown 1974 building, formerly known as Bangunan Tunas Utama in Kuala Lumpur.
