Tun M: PTPTN loan defaulters not ashamed

In his premier lecture at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Kuala Lumpur, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) loan defaulters are damaging their reputation and their community. While not making reference to any particular race, the Prime Minister noted that there are loan defaulters who refused to repay their loans, although they were able to do so. He said that he feels ashamed but they are not.
