US President Donald Trump announced on Oct 7 that all eligible minor children in the United States under the age of 18 have now been automatically enrolled in the Trump Accounts, a tax-free investment programme created under his signature domestic policy legislation to help children build wealth from an early age and become "quite rich" by adulthood.
