Trans-Pacific trade pact to be signed without US

Eleven countries have agreed on an Asia-Pacific trade pact, forging ahead despite the United States pulling out. Negotiators from the nations met in Tokyo on Jan 22 saying that they will officially sign the deal in March 2018.
