Traffic cops rescue three people trapped by flash flood

In a statement on Monday (Aug 16), City Traffic Investigation and Enforcement chief Asst Comm Sarifudin Mohd Salleh said the three victims were almost swept away by strong currents in the Klang river at around 3.20pm on Sunday (Aug 15).
