Tok Pa: No plans to postpone, cancel mega projects meant for people

There are no plans to postpone or cancel mega projects meant for the benefit of the nation and rakyat, says Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed.

Mustapa said this when answering a question raised by Fahmi Fadzil (PH-Lembah Pantai) in Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (July 21), added that the government has identified 30 projects which have yet to start and will be postponed.

Mustapa, who is in charge of the economy, said the cost-saving move is an ongoing process as the government needs to channel the savings to offset the rising cost of subsidies.
