Three men detained over ruckus at restaurant along Jalan Tun Sambathan

Three men have been detained in connection with creating a ruckus at a restaurant along Jalan Tun Sambathan, Kuala Lumpur on Sunday night.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Saiful Azly Kamaruddin said the three men, aged between 27 and 35 years old, were detained at about 1am Monday (March 1).

He said a group of men went to a restaurant as it was about to close at 10pm in compliance with Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs).

However, the group of men got angry and began trashing the place.

Police are still looking for eight other men involved in the ruckus.
