During a press conference on Tuesday, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said Malaysians returning to Sabah and Sarawak from Peninsular Malaysia will no longer be housed at quarantine centres for 14 days but instead undergo Covid-19 swab tests upon arrival at the two states.

He said those tested positive will be sent to the hospital while those found negative will be sent home where they must self-quarantine.
