Eyewitness video released on Monday (March 2) showed a large plume of smoke rising over Tehran after airstrikes hit the Iranian capital.

The United States and Israel said the strikes targeted dozens of Iranian military command centres, including the headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
