Ten more govt clinics to start dispensing HIV-prevention drugs, says Dr Dzulkefly

A total of 10 more public clinics will start dispensing HIV-prevention drugs by this year as the medicine has been proven to be effective, says Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.

The Health Minister said on Wednesday (March 20) that since the pilot programme for free Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) was launched last year, it has helped in reducing the number of syphilis infections.
