An English teacher was charged at a Sepang Magistrate's Court with causing public alarm over the death of Form 1 student Zara Qairina Mahathir.

Siti Hajar Aflah Shaharuddin, who works at a secondary school in Rawang, pleaded not guilty to the charge read before Magistrate Khairatul Animah Jelani on Thursday (Aug 21).
