Tahfiz school fire tragedy could have been prevented, says Fire DG

Fire and Rescue Department Director-General Datuk Wan Mohd Nor Ibrahim said the Tahfiz Darul Ittifaqiyah fire which claimed 23 lives could have been prevented if the school had followed government regulations in applying for the proper follow-up permits.
