Syndicates disguise as moneylenders to extort money from victims

Two licensed moneylenders’ associations in Malaysia and the MCA public services and complaints department said some syndicates are disguising as illegal moneylenders (ah long) to demand large sums of money from the public whether they are borrowers or not.
